Returns

Any goods returned will incur a re-delivery charge if Delivery address was not correct, or customer does not arrange with the courier a re-delivery by means of attempted delivery card.

We can not be held responsible for any delays with the postal system if you have not received your goods within 15 working days we will replace the order at our cost, if you need goods before this time we can replace but customer will have to pay for goods again we will refund this amount as soon as the 15 working days are up or we receive the goods back

We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if you do wish to exchange an item or would like a refund please contact us first in writing within 7 working days of receipt of goods. Provided the goods are returned to us within 28 days and in an unused, new condition, with all the original packaging, we will fully refund the purchase price of the item. Exemptions to this are any edible foodstuffs, Cake Boards/Boxes and polystyrene dummies/balls,Books & Fancy Dress.

Postage costs cannot be refunded for exchanges or unwanted items
